Dr Jahangir is a current Rural Generalist registrar with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is also undertaking his Emergency Medicine Certificate training with the Australian College of Emergency Medicine.
He graduated with MBBS from Monash University, Victoria in 2018 and completed his initial training with the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. He has since worked at various hospitals in South Australia, mainly practicing at Flinders Medical Centre. He has also briefly worked in Western Australia as psychiatry registrar in the Emergency Department.
His area of interest includes all aspects of general practice with particular focus on preventative medicine, occupational medicine and chronic disease management.
Outside of medicine, Dr Jahangir enjoys playing tennis and soccer in his free time.
